Tiziana Piccioni received a doctorate in Communication and new technologies from the IULM of Milan, after graduating in Sociology from the University of Padua. Her scientific interests revolve around consumption and socio-technical innovation, the role of users and the agency of objects, media and media representations. She has collaborated with various teams and universities, also working on research of a national level, and her contributions are present in various scientific publications. The topics she is currently working on concern the role of digital platforms in the relationship between university students and professors and in political communication. She teachs Sociology of marketing at IUSVE.
