Fragile Heritage

The volume brings together essays focusing on the themes of knowledge and enhancement of fragile and at-risk heritages, whose fragility is not necessarily explained by the material characteristics of the assets themselves and the vulnerability that intrinsically connotes them, but also, and above all, by the lack of recognition of their cultural and historical values. Since, in order to become heirs of heritage, it is necessary to know and appreciate it, the contributions aim to bring out the multiplicity of values characterising the investigated heritage to stimulate the interest of the community so that it can imagine trajectories of valorisation and actively engage in the implementation of actions aimed at its preservation and recovery.
